About

One showroom, one maker.

Tia EV is an EV showroom that sells only VinFast. We chose one maker so we can know every model well: advice that fits what you need, a test drive in the right version, and help right through to the first service.

Services

After delivery, we are still here

The three things first-time EV owners ask us about most.

  • Scheduled servicing

Reminders by mileage, checks on the battery, brakes and tyres, and software updates. A loan car in the inner city while yours is in the workshop.

  • Home charging

We survey your home wiring, advise on where to put a wall charger and how powerful it should be, then install it and show you how it works, all in one visit.

  • Paperwork

Registration, plates, insurance and the loan file if you buy on instalments. You only sign where a signature is needed.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Tia EV an official dealer?

Tia EV is a showroom that sells VinFast cars and looks after them afterwards. We do not claim to be an authorised dealer or a partner of the maker. Warranty follows the maker’s policy, and we help you with the claim.

How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

The sample deposit is 15,000,000 VND, paid at the showroom when you sign the contract. Refund terms are in the contract and on the Policies page.

Is the test drive free?

Yes. Each drive takes about 30 minutes; bring a class B licence and your ID card. We can bring the car near your home in the inner city.

How long does charging at home take?

With a 7.4 kW wall charger, a car the size of the VF 8 charges fully in about a night. We survey your wiring before installing.

What do I need to buy on instalments?

Your ID card and proof of income and address. The monthly figure on the site is only an estimate at a sample rate; the bank quotes the real one.
